I left this review after purchasing a used Tesla: “Great service and great guys. Al was incredibly helpful and made purchasing a vehicle easy and convenient, thanks guys!” And they made me write up a review to “really help them out”. These guys are cheats, and sold me a lemon car that’s been nothing but trouble. They’re also liars. When we talked over the phone they told me nothing was wrong with the car. I made the 6 hour journey up to Chicago to check it out. As soon as I get there, one of the back windows isn’t working, and one of the side mirrors won’t automatically deploy. I mention this and they tell me there’s nothing they can do, take it or leave it. I think, this isn’t too much of an issue, and buy the car. I haven’t had the car for even a year now and have already had to sink over a grand into it with constant issues. The horn doesn’t work. The windshield wipers don’t work. Multiple windows will open but won’t close. The phone key connection won’t work. I mean seriously a major issue every month or two. These JZ guys also force you into signing away any legal rights to sue or pursue litigation with them. Basically, once you buy, you’re on your own. They strongman you into the purchase as well. They also make it a weird point to not cover the EV credit, which most dealerships will do for you. So they make you go through the IRS. Well, either accidentally, or more likely purposefully, they also give the IRS an incorrect VIN number to your car, so now I have to go through a long and drawn out legal battle with the IRS to receive the credit I am absolutely qualified for. It’s been ridiculous, and if I had a Time Machine the first thing I would do would be to stop myself from ever discovering these guys. Whatever you do, do NOT buy from JZ Auto Sales.

Defiantly was having mixed feelings about parting with my first car but luke was amazing and comforting! We bought an Alfa Romeo with my favorite colors I am so in love and he is very sweet and does all he can to help ! And prior to this purchase my brother bought a car too and he’s kinda satisfied. Luke is likable and will help as much as possible . Either way be careful and check your cars I wish I brought a mechanic with me or an expert in my car category .
