No dealer inspection was actually performed. The car had multiple obvious mechanical problems that any real inspection would have found: missing cabin air filter, no AC or heat, broken blend door, dead heater pump, leaks in both the heating and cooling systems, leaking thermostat housing, and both rear fuel tank mounts rusted through. I repaired everything through the extended warranty I purchased. The dealership told me the car was in perfect condition except for scratches and claimed it had been inspected, which was not true. They also gave me incorrect explanations about why the heater didn’t work. If the dealership responds with something about pricing or a deductible, that does not change the fact that the car was sold with problems that any real inspection would have found.

I was looking for a Cargo Van and Luke called me, and was very prompt and gave me a lot of information that I needed and found the perfect van for me. He and his team of professionals were not only nice to me, but my wife loved them as well. Thank you Luke, and thank you JZ Auto Sales.
